Our story

Built in Ras Al Khaimah. Built for operators.

DIA began in 2023 with a licence, a small team and a clear thesis: the Gulf's growing businesses are underserved by software made for other markets. Arabic was an afterthought. VAT and e-invoicing were bolt-ons. AI was a demo, not a workflow.

Asmar and Ali built RQM Books differently — a UAE accounting and ERP platform designed around what a finance team actually does every day. That product became FTA-accredited, registered with the UAE Ministry of Economy for IP, and is now used by businesses across trading, services and manufacturing.

Today DIA applies the same discipline to AI transformation and mobile apps: fixed-scope discovery, real production integration, measurable outcomes and a team that stays to operate what it builds.
